Process
Our estate planning process is simple and streamlined, just for you.
Contact us for our Estate Planning Questionnaire. Complete the questionnaire and email it to Quinn@QuinnLaddLaw.com
Your customized estate planning documents (Will, Revocable Living Trust, Durable Power of Attorney, Health Care Power of Attorney, and/or Deed) will be meticulously prepared by attorney Quinn Ladd and returned for your review in approximately a week
Review your draft documents, reply with any changes, questions or confirm you approve your drafts
Once approved, your final documents will be completed and ready to sign
Schedule a time to sign and execute your documents
If you’re not a fan of our online process, no problem - we will communicate according to your preference.
Our Fees
We do not charge a consultation fee and believe in upfront and clear pricing. Our goal is to provide exceptional estate planning and deed updates at a modest price point so everyone can access an estate plan.
Will - $300
Durable Power of Attorney - $250
Health Care Power of Attorney - $150
Bundle Rate for all three documents (Will, Durable Power of Attorney, Health Care Power of Attorney) - $550
Revocable Living Trust - $900
Codicil - $150-$200 depending on the extent of the amendments to your Will
Deeds - $355
Fees may be adjusted depending on the client’s needs
